"3 Pretty Maids" Floral Cross Stitch
Lavender Scented Cushion/Sleep Pillow

This cushion/sleep pillow features a richly detailed design that has been digitised for machine embroidery by Carousel Cottage Crafts. The central block has three Lavender-coloured flowers (the "3 Pretty Maids") in pots of various sizes, all on a chequer-board background. The design is outlined with a Lilac & White 1/8" gingham fabric, then bordered with a vintage 100% cotton fabric from Laura Ashley that is also used for the reverse which has an envelope closure.  The cushion/pillow contains not only a polyester pad but also a full size sachet of dried lavender and is 9" square.
