PAYMENT TERMS
1. Accept PAYPAL only. Not accept personal check or money order.
2. Payment is expected within 3 days after auction ended. Otherwise, item will be relisted and the buyer will be reported to eBay as ‘NON PAYING BIDDER’ after 15 days.
3. Warning will be sent to the NON-paying buyer after 7 days the auction ended.
4. If you pay us by e-check through PAYPAL, it takes 4-5 days for your check to be cleared.
5. We will send an email notification to you after we receive your payment.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
1. We ship to United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe, Germany, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, France, Netherland, Switzerland, Spain, Greece, Malta, USA, Australasia, Canada, India, Japan & Israel.
2. Shipping & Handling fee is the same to anywhere in the world.
3. No discount will be made for any combined shipments.
4. Normally item will be shipped out within 48 hours after payment is received.
5. All items are directly shipped out from Hong Kong using international airmail via Post Office. In normal situation, it takes 7- 8 days for you to receive your item in major cities and 8-14 days to other cities.
6. You can pay extra shipping fee to get EMS (Speedpost) shipping service. Normally it takes 4-6 business days only to receive order. Please contact us if necessary.
7. We only ship the item to the address listed in your paypal payment. Please make sure your shipping address is correct
8. Buyers are suggested to buy the shipping insurance. We are not responsible for the lost/damaged items unless you have bought insurance and can provide official documentation issued from their local post office about such a loss/damage.
9. Shipping/handling terms are non-negotiable. Pls don’t bid if you do not agree.
GENERAL INFORMATION

RETURN POLICY
1. Our item is guaranteed against defects.
2. The valid period of a refund or replacement is within 14 calendar days on which you receive the items.
3. Buyers have to pay your own return postage fee.
4. You must:
a. return the whole item(s) in their original condition, and
b. email us your return request and get our instructions.
5. Before your return, read this checklist:
a. include the original packing slip indicating which items are being returned,
b. have a word ‘RETURN’ on your returned package.
c. return the items within 14 calendar days.
6. Return shipping address would be emailed to you after receiving your request.
7. We cannot be responsible for your return items lost during delivery. Therefore, we suggest them
to be returned in an insured mail.
