This on-site warranty is provided by " UNITED ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING" which is Australia Government Endorsed service supplier through a service network of over 4000 repair service agents in Australia and New Zealand.

Conditions
UEE Extended warranty covers the computer system box including all internal components like RAM, optical drives, video card, floppy drive, power supply & external parts like keyboard & mouse.

Warranty does not cover peripherals like a printer, scanner, monitor (this is an optional extra). All monitors supplied by Bytestech come with a 3 year manufacturers warranty some on-site others are return to base. Warranty on these items are covered by the manufacturer. Software of course cannot be covered by warranty and UEE & Bytestech strongly recommends customers keep data backed up as data loss is the responsibility of the owner.
