You are bidding on a 3 seater Sofa Bed from Freedom. 

The Lounge is in very good second hand condition and we replaced the cushion foam recently. 
No tears or stains on fabric with minimum wear and tear.  Neutral colour fabric - works well in any room. 
The mattress that you fold our for sleeping would need replacing (could be done at minimum cost through Clarke Rubber).

Measurements    1000 deep,   2100 wide,  850 high

Comes from a smoke free, pet free home.
