The reason every article is sent Registered Post is so that we can track
and trace the item. Our postage prices if you check properly with
Australia Post are reasonable and we do not make any profit on postage,
Unfortunately even one reel of thread has to be sent as a parcel due to the
thickness of the reel not the weight, sorry it won't go through the large letter slot !!
We Guarantee all items will leave our warehouse well packaged and free from defects.

CreekCreations is a Registered family business that has been operating from Diamond Creek in the North Eastern suburbs of Melbourne for a number of years by Noeline & Tony and selling to local retail & trade customer's.
Our aim is to create a virtual embroidery supermarket where you can shop anytime of the
day or night for the Product's and in the Quantities you need.
Our main customers are obviously the home embroiderer's who either don't have easy access to all these product's or work commitment's don't give them the time to source their need's. The vast majority of our client's live in outback & rural area's where their Town's or Community's cannot meet their need's and we would love to help you with your need's.
95% of the product's we sell are our own brand that we have manufactured for us.
Approx 53% of our customer's are repeat customer's who have been happy with our product's and service and continue to purchase everything they need from us, and we appreciate their support and loyalty and feedback on our product's.
We can't test every item under every condition that's why your input is necessary for product improvements. Our policy has alway's been to be accesable and listen to what our customers need this is how we built our range of products from nothing to what it is now and we are constantly looking to improve our range.
