IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Nearly all gold leaves produced in Thailand and offered in eBay are leaves on base or composition gold. These leaves are not pure 24K gold with a standard of 999/1000.

There is nor a seal neither a guarantee - all seals shown in the pictures are custom made company seals. Please check twice when you see gold offers with a price below the actual rate of gold.

THERE IS SOME EASY TESTING TO FIND OUT WHAT KIND AND QUALITY OF GOLD LEAVES YOU BOUGHT (stated further below).

HOW TO TEST GOLD LEAVES:

1. Use your hand and touch a gold leaf. If it is gold 999/1000, it will suck/adjoin at your skin and be difficult to peel off again. Gold on base or Composition Gold can be handled easier and be taken off very easy.
2. If you pulverize a gold leaf between your fingers the gold 999/1000 will stick and slowly permeate and leave just a little gold shimmer in the lines of your skin - gold on base and/or composition gold will break into small pieces and will not disappear.
3. Put a drop of Nitric acid on your gold material and wait 30 min - 1 hr. If the material disappears, it is not gold 999/1000. If the acid doesn't destroy the material, its gold 999/1000. If the material turns red then it is a lower karat gold. Pure gold will not vanish.
4. If you heat or burn gold 999/1000 it will melt into a small nugget.

Shipping Time: 95% of shipments reach most countries within 7 working days but could take up to 30 business days. The Thai Postal service recommends a time frame of 7-30 working days. We ship worldwide - if you life in Germany, Italy, Spain, France or Africa or other countries with different standard mail services, please be aware that the mail may be very slow! (due to its postage service). Please be patient... sometimes it takes up to 4 or more weeks for delivery.

Return policy: You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery by registered airmail for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If your return is not the result of our error, our shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund.

Refund policy: In reason of item lost, you will get a refund after the investigation by the post-office was done.
