300mm Ford BA Falcon brake upgrade to suit all Jeeps with a unit bearing hubs which include the XJ Cherokee, ZJ ( ZG ) Grand Cherokee, TJ Wrangler and Rubicon
Twin piston Ford Falcon BA calipers and matching rotors, which at 300mm, 20 mm bigger than the stock Jeep ones, give a much greater mechanical advantage. These also have the same stud pattern so can be used un-modified for ease of replacement. Twin pistons are used instead of one large one in the Jeep. This better distributes the force over a wider area of the pad and prevents the large single piston cocking as they are prone to do in the stock ones

You must state the year of the Jeep because the hub offset changed in 99 as they later have 5mm less offset which much be accounted for in the bracket
Also mention if running a stock 15" rim or not. This kit will fit 15" rims if they have less than 4.75" of backspacing but stock rims have 5.25" BS which need a modification to the caliper

1x set police compound pads
2x ADR braided stainless steel brake hoses
2x stainless steel brake hose brackets
2x stainless steel brake hose clips
6x 12.9 grade 12mm x 90 button head screws
4x 12.9 grade 12mm cap screws. (70mm long for 99 hubs and earlier, 65 mm long 99+ hubs)

I recommend that all brake upgrades are fitted by a Qualified A Grade Mechanic. For the mechanically minded this upgrade is easy to fit
