The Shipping and Handling fee includes postage, handling and insurance as well. Please do not bid if you disagree with it.

All items sent via Aus Post or other freight company are always carefully addressed and packed. However, we assume no liability for the late delivery or goods being missing or damaged while in transit. If such an event should happen, we will lodge inquiry with Australia Post Office or the freight company and claim compensation accordingly, the replacement will be sent to the customer once investigation is finalized. In such an event please allow up to 4 week for the investigation to be processed.
