If upon delivery your item is damaged or faulty you can return it to us for a replacement or refund provided you return it within 14 days of delivery. ReturnsYou MUST use a method of posting that is track able, for example Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. We are not responsible for any items that go missing in the delivery system. You must pay all return postage costs and they will not be refunded by us. It is also your responsibility to ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods received and to restore them to us in a new and unused condition.
