How long does it take to ship out orders?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 - 72 hours once payment is received.  (excluding weekends and holidays)

How long does it take to receive my order after shipped out?

Normally we ships by “regular Air Mail” from Malaysia.

Can I track my order after it's been shipped?

However, we have no control over actual carrier shipping time. From our experience sometime its get 6 days to reach UK or Europe countries, sometimes its will take more than 30 business days; It can take up to 7-14 days just to get through customs.  Once it gets over there, your country's postal system takes over, so shipping time is unpredictable.  Although this is an accurate estimate on average shipping time, actual shipping may be slightly vary due to factors such as customs, carrier routing, package traffic, and other unforeseen factors.  Unfortunately there are no tracking numbers available for Regular Airmail Shipments. 

We do offer a “trackable” shipment upon request by add additional gbp5.00 (if your invoice is in US currency it is usd8.50 and in AU it is au10.00 (If the total purchase in a single order is less than gbp35.00 or usd60.00 or au75.00).

How much combine shipping discount offer?

We do combine shipping to save your money, you will get 50% shipping discount for the purchase of 2nd items onwards in a single order.

Eg. You have purchase 3 items with shipping cost for 1st Item gbp3.00, 2nd Item gbp3.00, 3rd Item gbp3.00

Calculation:- 1st item (or the highest postage) gbp3.00 + gbp1.50 + gbp1.50 = gbp6.00

Just wait for us to calculate and send you a revised invoice.

How much Shipping Cost to my country?

Why i received multiple invoices? can you combine them?

Combine invoice for all items must be in the same currency, different listing currency will receive multiple invoice in different currency.

(ebay system are not allow us to combine different currency listing into one invoice, kindly contact ebay if you need more clarification on this matter)

How long does it take to respond to email enquiry?

Most email are replied within a 24 - 48 hours period, excluding weekend and holidays.  Your questions and concerns and very important to us, and we will do our very best to reply back with a response as soon as we possibly can. 

What is the return and refund policy?

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange it.  Shipping costs will need be repaid for exchanges. Returnable items must be received by us within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

Moneyback Quaranteed, however, no refunds will be offered for orders past 60 days.
