DOA (Defective on Arrival) Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! If you receive a defective item return it to us and we will send you a replacement.

Please Note : We will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from   crashing.

The product warranty does not cover accident or collision damage. Would you ask the Car Dealership for return or exchange after you bought a new car and crashed it ? We recommend that you would take your time and be patience during the learning period.

- We offer a 3 days DOA (Dead on arrival) warranty for defective items. Warranty will be voided by use, abuse or modifying of the item,  it wouldn't be fair to us if you crash it and ask us for refund or exchange.

- Defective items can be return for exchange only.

- Shipping and Handling Fee are non-refundable and non negotiable.

- No Return or Exchange after 3 days of receiving item will be honored.
