#3813 DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA Full Sheet.  The approximate retail value of this sheet is $22.75 (Per Brookman). 

Shipping within the United States and Canada is FREE.

International shipping is $4.00, however if this proves to be way too much a refund will be given.  All International winners MUST make payment through Paypal.  I will no longer ship to Spain.

I use bubble envelopes with cardboard fillers for all items.

All of our sheets have been stored in albums.  I am not a stamp expert, just an ordinary collector like most of you, but I will try to answer any questions.
