         This is #397 Diesel Operating Coal Loader, made from 1948 to 1957.  Marked NY on base.  I haven't tested this one but no reason is apparent that it wouldn't work.  It comes with a new replacement belt, and a new coupling spider. It could also stand a good cleaning job.  It also has a bag of coal with it.  It doesn't include an activation switch.     Could be an easy restoration project.
