 Domestic Shipping: 

•  Buyer pays for all shipping costs unless otherwise specified under item description.

•  We ship via UPS, USPS and BAX daily. We ship to buyer’s eBay registered address.

• Shipping cost listed in auction includes insurance.

• We do not ship using buyer's shipping account unless it’s International.

• We do not ship COD.

• Local pick up available for certain items. Call first to confirm.

• PayPal payment results in faster shipping with no delay.

• All order are shipped with tracking number and/or confirmation number. Please track your package and arrange to have someone at your eBay registered delivery address to receive package on the scheduled delivery date. If package is left by your front door and lost while tracking or confirmation shows item delivered, insurance will not cover. Please don't complain.  

• Buyer is responsible for providing correct and valid address for us to ship to. Otherwise buyer is responsible for reshipping costs with no exceptions. If you know you have had problems shipping to your address, inform us ahead of time to ship to different address you may provide if possible. We don't have to ship to your confirmed address if you have more than few positive feedbacks.

• We ship International via USPS (United States Post Office), UPS and BAX Global. Check above for service included with this item. 

• Cheaper shipping with no tracking and no insurance available via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Flat Rate Box available up on request. Ship at your own risk.

• Email us if you want cheaper International shipping service like USPS First Class or Priority Flat rate that comes with no insurance or tracking.

• Registered mail by USPS for all above mentioned services is optional at $11.95. 

•  International buyers: We don't ship to Africa, Indonesia, Malaysia, North Korea, or Nigeria. If you live in one of these countries or regions please don't buy from our ebay listings. We reserve the right to cancel your transaction.

Shipping tracking/confirmation number will be available to buyers in your “MY EBAY” under order detail page or on "WON" items page under each item you won. There is no need for buyers to email us after payment asking for tracking number. We also sent tracking and electronic invoice email to buyers registered eBay account. Please make sure your email is valid and your spam software accepts our business email address provided to you in winning notification to be able to communicate with us. Sorry we do not reply to email validation requests by your spam software or your ISP like earthlink.

In most cases we ship same day if payment is received before 4:30 PM Central Time.

Warranty & Returns

• Warranty of 90 days apply to all items unless otherwise specified under item description.

• Warranty period starts from the day the item is received. 
• If item is determined to be defected and/or have any problems, we will ship replacement via standard ground service. Dantrak Net will pay for standard shipping costs both ways. Buyer pays nothing. If expedited shipping is required however, buyer must pay the difference in shipping cost unless we choose otherwise.
• International Buyers: If item is determined to be defected and/or have any problems, we will ship replacement via standard service at our cost however, buyer is responsible for returning shipping cost. If expedited shipping is required however, buyer must pay the difference in shipping cost unless we choose otherwise.
• You may return the item within 7 days for any reason. Please note that non-defective returns which are not due to errors on our part are refunded minus our actual shipping cost. 17% restocking fee applies if item is not in the same condition it was shipped. We highly recommend to insure items you return.
• All returns must have RMA number which will be provided upon request.
• If item can not be replaced, refund will be issued in the same form payment was received.
  
• We are not responsible for customer lack of experience in installing any item nor we guarantee compatibility.  
• We provide support as best as possible but will not guarantee it. CCIE certified on staff. 
• If any item is returned and found to be in working condition, we will impose a 17% restocking fee.

• All items returned must be in same condition they were shipped.

Payment Terms

• Please include company name when making payment if item is to be shipped to business address to help us expedite shipping.

• Automated eBay invoice will be emailed to buyers immediately after purchase or close of auction. It's buyer's responsibility to make sure shipping cost mentioned under shipping section is fully paid for, otherwise your package may be delayed. 

• We accept and prefer PayPal, all major credit cards through PayPal.
• Buyer must contact us to arrange for payment with in 3 days of close of auction.
• Payment must be received within 5 days of close of auction. If after 5 days payment is not received we will notify eBay of a non paying-bidder, and we reserve the right to resell the item. None paying buyer's eBay id will be blocked and will be no longer able to buy from our eBay listings
