Silk screen

Screen is a kind of fabric that be used as supporter of screen printing plate. English unit of screen thread is T (Thread).

Thread general means the degree of density between silk. The higher the thread, the silk is more closely and the mesh is smaller.

Conversely, the lower the thread, the silk is sparser, and the mesh is larger. Such as the 150 threads / inch, it means there are 150 net

wires in one inch. The smaller the mesh, the worse ink can through it. The larger the mesh, the better ink can through it. When selecting,

you can choose screen of different threads according to accuracy of the printer.

You should choose screen of different thread when using different ink or color sizing. Commonly, when using color sizing, gold blocking

slurry and flocking slurry, you should use screen below 80 threads. When using ink, you should use screen above 120 threads.
