Direction & Dosage:
About 1 to 2 bags of this tea are used for one cup. it is steeped in 200 to 300 ml of boiling water for 3 or 4 mintues. Drink three cups or more daily

Our carrier choice is Australia Post they will deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00 am - 5.00 pm. Please give instructions as to where to leave the herbal products,if the person accepting the delivery is out. If no delivery instructions are left Australia Post will leave a card in the post box to collect at the local Post Office. Please note that we cannot accept instructions to contact you as Australia Post couriers cannot call before delivery.
