Insurance
If you choose the standard or registered air mail options, we offer optional insurance which covers you in the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or damaged by the postal services.
FedEx parcels are automatically insured but we ask that, in line with standard courier practice, you check the contents of the parcel before signing for your goods. If you do not we cannot be held liable for any damage that may have occurred in transit.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
- In our experience parcels rarely get stopped although we cannot control customs! In the unlikely event of a charge this is however your responsibility.
