Directions
 
  1. Collect 5ml or urine in cup.
  2. Immerse the strip to max line into the urine.
  3. Take the strip out after 5 seconds.
  4. Lay strip flat and read results between 5-10 minutes. Any result after 10 minutes can be considered invalid.
  • POSITIVE: In addition to the control band, a pink to red coloured band also appears in the test region (T).
  • NEGATIVE: Only one pink or red coloured band appears in the control region (C).
  • INVALID: Control line fails to appear. Insufficient specimen volume or incorrect procedural techniques are the most likely reasons for control line failure. Review the procedure and repeat the test with a new test strip.
