Motor: Black Star 31cc High
Performance Over Head Valve 4
stroke, smooth quiet 4 stroke power,
Usually starts with 1 pull. You can
also easily pull while sitting on
the bike (there is a little primer
bubble under the carby that can be
pressed a few times to bring fuel up
if bike has been sitting around for
a few days), now with multi
directional exhaust pipe outlet.NOTE:
Please fill the motor sump with 4
stroke oil before starting the
motor!

Clutch: This kit comes with a fully
automatic clutch, just release
throttle to disengage and idle, no
sweat!

Throttle: The throttle clips or
bolts onto the handle bars, there is
a spare bolt on attachment in the
little zip bag that's included.
Throttle can be used with 1 or 2
fingers for ease of operation

Drivetrain: Machined toothed pulley
wheel, now with stronger axle
(second generation major
improvement), Kevlar reinforced
rubber belt, tough injection moulded
self centering nylon large main
pulley wheel

Brackets and Mounts: Ultra wide
steel support frame (second
generation major improvement), now
stronger and with more reinforcement
after extensive progressive product
testing and development, engine
bracket has also been circle drilled
multiple times to save weight

Belt Tensioner: Belt can be
tensioned by tightening our (second
generation major improvement)
tensioner bolt from under the front
of the motor

Mounting: Easily mounted to both
hardtail or rear suspension mountain
bikes, fits the majority of 36 spoke
bikes, that's nearly all mountain
bikes and every mountain bike frame
size. Fits both quick release or
solid axles. Note for rear disc
brake bikes, you ,may need to drill
a hole in the rear engine bracket
that goes over the back wheel if the
Allen key bolt in the rear disc
calliper sticks out

Style: One of the first things you
will notice when you have this motor
set up on your bike is that it is
just so stylish and compact, cool is
the right word for it. It is also
very adaptive to your positioning

Performance: 45 Kmh tested with a
90kg rider. Note: You can still
pedal your bike at any given time
with either the motor running or the
motor turned off, that's right you
can pedal at anytime with the drive
belt still on and running

This motor kit comes unrestricted,
to make it street legal in most
states it would require some sort of
restriction ( for example on the
engine throttle to limit the motor
kit to just under 200watts ), then
this motor kit would be street legal
with no license required in the
following Australian states: NSW,
ACT, Victoria, South Australia,
Western Australia, Northern
Territory. Please make sure you wear
a bicycle helmet, an extra rule is
in Western Australia you must be
over 16 years of age
- Economy: 40km plus of cruising distance from a full tank or 84km from a litre of straight unleaded, no premixing oil and petrol like on a two stroke, can be filled up at the petrol station just like a car or 4 stroke variety dirt bike or motorcycle. bring a bottle of spare fuel with you, you can even put a spare bottle of fuel in a drink holder on the bike, just don't mistake it for a drink

Bicycle LED lamps set is optional at $20 each. The set includes a braking light, a pilot light and two turning lights.
The braking light automatically works when braking. There are manual controls for turning lights and beep with eight beep sounds to choose from.
