I have for sale a travel Auction Voucher for 4 nights Townhouse accomodation at the Panoramic Townhouses in Merimbula.

This accomodation is currently booked for 4 nights Australia Day week from the 25th Jan 2010 until the 29th Jan 2010, but can be changed to suit your requirements, subject to availability, until 25th June 2010.

YOUR TRAVEL AUCTION PACKAGE IS FOR 2 PEOPLE TRAVELLING TOGETHER AND INCLUDES:

~ 4 nights accommodation at the PANORAMIC TOWN HOUSES, featuring views across the lake and ocean

~ Spacious 2 storey town houses feature a well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and private balcony

~ Linen is not included but can be hired from your host for $10 per person per stay

~ Discount on meals at the Lake View Bistro & Captain John's Seafood Restaurant (food only) - more information will

be provided by your host

~ Receive one extra night’s accommodation for FREE if you travel prior to August 31st 2009 (accom only - free night

must be taken consecutively to package)

Extra costs:

~ Town houses sleep up to 4 people (bdrm 1 - queen bed, bdrm 2 - two single beds); an extra child under 15 yrs is

$10 per night (accom only), an extra child 15 yrs and older or an adult is $15 per night (accom only)

~ Extra nights accommodation taken consecutively to the package are discounted to $50 per night per double plus

extra person costs as above (accom only)

~ PLEASE NOTE: Check in is after 2 pm on arrival; check out is by 9.30am on day of departure

This voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit and is valid, subject to availability, until JUNE 25th, 2010, excluding

Victorian and NSW school holidays, public holidays, long weekends and local special events. Winter school holidays

may be made available at the operator’s discretion.

Bookings will not be transferred, moved or cancelled within 14 days of due arrival date and will result in forfeiture of

package and all funds paid. Discounted offers are subject to availability at the time of travel.

Payment must be made at least 5 days after auction ends and can be made via paypal although direct bank deposit is prefered.
