Tax Invoice

Delivery

It is important that you check your address before purchase. If you change your address in ebay after purchase, we may not get your new address.

Use your suburb name to fill in the city field.

Please finish ebay's check-out procedure. Update your address if necessary. We will not accept your address via email or ebay message.

If you pay via Paypal, make sure you check the delivery address during payment. Paypal may use your registered address as delivery address. Change address if required before finalize payment. We may not be able to send to other address after you have completed the payment.

All goods are shipped from Australia. Normally, goods will be sent via Australia Post. Most cases we are able to send goods within two working day after payment cleared.

If you choose registered post service, we may sent via Australia Post's eParcel service. There is unique tracking number to check status online (www.eparcel.com.au). Insurance is not included in this service. If you do require insurance, you need to pay extra.

If you choose express post service, we process your purchase in higher priority and send it via express post.

Postage cannot be refunded once we send the item, even if the item is faulty.

We try our best to send promptly. Here are some guidelines to avoid unnecessary delays. Please note that our express service is not guaranteed service. If delay happens, the maximum compensation we can offer is refunding extra cost for express post

• Check if your delivery address is within Australia Post's express network.
• For bank deposit payment, please pay via same bank internet transfer and leave your EBAY USER ID as our reference. Do not use item number. Inter-bank transfer will be delayed by at least one day. If you deposit cash, we may not get your reference. Please send your receipt via email. Please send us message on the day your payment should show in our account. Do not send message too early. We have accounts in different banks.
• Paypal payment is cleared instantly only if you the fund is from credit card or your paypal account balance. If the fund is from bank account, it will take several working days to clear, so it will not be delivered timely.

We prefer bank deposit payment. Please leave your ebay user id as our reference when you transfer the money.

Warranty

There is one-year return-to-base warranty for all products unless specified otherwise in item description. Warranty time can be several days less than specified due to shipment time. Customer should seek warranty services directly from manufacturer whenever possible. If customer are not able to seek warranty from manufacturer, please contact us with detail of the problem. Customer should not return product unless adviced by us. Buyers should pay delivery cost to send us the faulty item. We will pay delivery to send customer replacement or fixed items if item was tested faulty. (If warranty period is longer than 1 year and the warranty claim is after 1 year, customer are required to pay posatage for both ways.) If the returned item is not faulty, customer has to pay postage for us to send it back. So please make sure it is faulty before sending back.

Replacement item will be sent via normal post only. If you need it urgently, please enclosed prepaid express satchel.

Warranty will void if label is removed or goods are found physically damaged. Damaged goods caused by misuse or improper handling will not be replaced.

We cannot test all the products before sale. Even when the product is dead on arrival, buyer need to pay postage to send the item back.

Notes to Overseas Buyers

We are located in Australia and all goods are shipped from Australia. It is hard to say how long you can receive your items for air mail or sea mail services. Please choose Express Courier International service if you need the item urgently.

Please do not bid on the item before know how much postage to your country. Please ask postage if postage to your country is not stated on the listing.

If not specified elsewhere, all products are for Australia market. Please check carefully if your country has different standards/requirements.

For example, DVB-T digital TV tuners are suitable to use in Australia, United Kingdoms, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and many more countries. ATSC digital TV tuners are suitable for United States, Mexico, Canada etc.

Australian electricity is 240V 50Hz. (240V devices should also work with 220V to 250V power).

Buyers are advised to check their customs regulations to see if they need to pay any duty if they buy from overseas.
