12 months parts warranty. we will provide parts once faulty upon return to our premise.
All the accessories are cover 3 months warranty only. We can offer the accessories at discount price if you need one.
In the event of a request for repair and no fault is found or the fault is outside the overage of this warranty, the customer is liable for all cost incurred by the repairer.
This warranty cover freezer only, it does not cover faults or defects arising from incorrect use, neither does it apply to damage by accident, or damage in any other way by misuse, neglect.

Interstate or country items will be sent by courier to your door or you can arrange your own courier to pickup. Please allow 2-5 BUSINESS days for delivery unless it is a pre sale item. Courier cost is extra and pay by buyer:
