Payment:  as of January 2009 eBay is going to paperless payments only.  Therefore all payments must be made via Paypal (this shouldn’t be a big problem as over 99% of payments in the last year have been via Paypal).  Payment is expected within 5 days of the end of the auction.

Shipping:  Shipping and Handling is $1.00US to Canada, $1.50US to U.S.A., and $2.00US overseas.  FREE SHIPPING for any additional lots purchased.  Please wait for me to send you an invoice for multiple purchases to ensure the correct total (eBay automatically charges for each lot, so the total would be wrong).  Note that if lots have different shipping values you will be sent an invoice with the higher value.  I try to use recent commemorative stamps for mailing, sometimes souvenir sheets when appropriate.  If there are any stamps in particular you need, ask and I will try and use them.

General:  I am a stamp collector like yourself.  Most lots have all the stamps shown in the scan (I do a separate scan for each lot so you can see exactly what you are getting, there is never a lot where you will receive stamps “similar” to what is shown in the scan).  In the case of larger lots all the stamps are not necessarily scanned, this will be stated in the description.  In general, the stamps I sell have been removed from paper by myself (although not in all cases).  Lots always contain all different stamps unless stated.  On very large lots (over 250 stamps) I do my best not to send any doubles, there are usually a few more than what is stated to ensure that you get the quantity listed in title and description.
