At Coolxbest, we will cover all postage to replace your item if it is dead on arrival. In order to take advantage of this offer, please email us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will give you a reply paid address for returning the item.
If you request a refund, the initial postage will not be refunded in any circumstances but you can still use our reply paid address to return your DOA item.
For general warranty claims within warranty period, customer will be responsible for postage to send back the item and we will pay postage to send the replacement to you.

Any returned product found to have no fault will incur a $15 handling fee and you will need to pay for all incurred postages.

Delivery Protection

All parcels are insured and signature is required upon collection. In case a parcel is confirmed lost by Australia post, we will resend items free of charge (or refund auction price subject to product availability). For items damaged in transit, buyer will need to send them back at their own cost and we will send replacement once return received. Insurance is optional for overseas (include New Zealand) parcels ($8 per parcel). Buyers will be responsible for damage or loss if parcel is uninsured.

Delivery Time

Items are shipped on next business day after payment received. Over-sized items not allowed by Australia Post are shipped every Tuesday and Thursday.
Please allow 3 to 14 working days for items to be delivered within Australia. Allow 3 to 4 weeks for overseas economy air delivery and 1 week for 1st class airmail.
Any additional costs incurred from incorrect addresses provided by the Buyer will be paid for by the Buyer. Items will be delivered to your ebay registered address unless specified, please ensure it is correct.
