Back 2 Base-ix Wargaming Products is proud to present one (1) set of vacuum cast (no air bubbles), polyurethane resin bases for either auction or store sale. The set of bases to be purchased are as mentioned in the Item Title and also in the Item Picture. 20mm plain base for comparison only.
Each base in a set is different in design from the rest, so there are no duplicates. An excellent way to theme your army and give each figure it's own individual style and persona. Designed for use with games like Warhammer. These bases can be drilled, sanded and painted. Shown here painted for effect, they will come to you unpainted, and will need cleaning up of flash and mold release residue before priming and painting. Instructions on how to do this are supplied with the item.

Payment Terms
PAYMENT TERMS: Paypal (for International & National Buyers), Bank transfer and Money Orders (National Buyers Only). To be received within 7 days.
If your postage charges need revising you will need to request a new total from us. To do this proceed through checkout once you have purchased all your items and they are listed together on the same page. Underneath your grand total is a link that says 'Request Total'. Use this link. We will receive your request, apply your discount and issue you with a new invoice to pay with.
Please ensure that, if you win multiple auctions and/or purchase multiple items from our eBay store during any single seven-day period, you pay for them all with one payment, even if they all have free postage! If you choose to ignore this guideline and we continue to receive multiple unnecessary payments we reserve the right to process and ship each item separately or as one package. Multiple payments may also be refunded, so you will then need to pay for your items again as mentioned, and they will then ship in the same package.
PAYPAL NOTE: If you have a credit card/secondary bank account on file with Paypal (used as a back up funding source) your payment to us will be instant and your order with us will be processed in normal time. However, if your payment is without a credit card/secondary bank account on file with Paypal your payment will be made as an echeque and they can take 7-10 days to clear through Paypal before reaching us and thus in turn your parcel is posted once cleared.
USER ID: Please only use your ebay user ID as a form of reference when making your payment. If you don't use you user ID, shipment will be delayed while we work out what money paid for whose item.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.
All items ship within 24 hours of your payment being received and cleared. You will be notified by ebay email.
Australian Buyers: Regular Post - approx. 1-6 Business Days in the post.
International Buyers: Airmail - approx 7-15 Business Days in the post.

Please note, our feedback system is set to automatically leave positive feedback when a positive feedback has been received from the buyer. Due to such a high volume of parcels leaving every day, it is simply too difficult to leave individual feedback comments. Simply put, if you are happy with your purchase, then we are extremely happy with your business.

DETAILED SELLER RATINGS (I.E. the little stars you click on when you leave feedback)
When you give 4 stars, it may seem like a great score, for instance a 4 in Shipping Time means "Quickly". Please note that this particular rating is for how quickly we get your parcel out the door, NOT the time spent in transit, we have no control over the postal service.
Ebay, however, considers a 4 to be a sub par mark.
Their standards require sellers to maintain a 4.8 & above average or be penalized with higher fees and restricted account usage. We strive for a 5 star service by stating upfront our descriptions and policies, our shipping rates & our shipping frequency.
While we encourage you to leave honest ratings, if you were pleased with this transaction, please respond with all 5 stars! We feel our service to you deserves nothing less.
For example, if you have received FREE shipping, how can anything but a 5 be left for Postage Charges?
If you feel you need to leave less than 5 starts for a particular rating, please let us know via email before leaving your ratings and we will work with you to improve on that.
Returns
Genuinely faulty goods will have their money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us within 14 days of receipt. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
