Buyer must return the item within two weeks of end of auction in all of the original packaging including box or bag in which it was posted and mark it: RETURN TO SENDER

Please note: By bidding on my auction or selecting a Buy it Now item from MY LITTLE SHOP of TREASURES, you have agreed to accept my terms and conditions AND ARE LEGALLY BOUND BY THEM.  Please hold up your end of the deal and I will hold up my end and all will be sweet

PAYMENT

Buyer must complete the transaction within 7 days of receiving the notification by email at the end of the sale (except by arrangement made prior to bidding)

I am prepared to negotiate a 'lay-by' type system of payment for buyers who bid for or buy an item or multiple items which end with a total of more than $150.00.  The terms MUST BE NEGOTIATED PRIOR TO BIDDING or BUYING from MY LITTLE SHOP of TREASURES

Unless stated on the listing (for occasional larger items), pick up is not available

Buyer pays all postage/packing charges (recycled materials will be used when possible) and optional insurance (if requested).   All care is taken to pack each item securely, I take no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit

SHIPPING

Shipping is charged at the regular postage cost for each item plus a charge for packing and handling of each item.  Registered Post is recommended so that items are insured in transit against loss or damage.  Express Post is also available; please notify me at time of sale that you require Express Post

Within a few of hours of the end of your winning an auction or buying from MY LITTLE SHOP of TREASURES I will send you an invoice that includes my bank details and shipping cost.   If you have purchased multiple items, shipping will be automatically combined.  Please note: sometimes it is cheaper to have some items posted separately than it is to combine them

Be sure to ask for shipping costs prior to buying or bidding

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Items will be posted within 5 working days of receiving payment (ie Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not counted)

 IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE GOODS YOU PURCHASE FROM ME… PLEASE LET ME KNOW SO I HAVE A CHANCE TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION IF POSSIBLE.  A full refund will be gladly given if goods are not as I have described as long as you follow the directions in my refund policy
