If the item is damaged or faulty upon receiving it, you are entitled to a refund. Conditions of the refund are as follows. Claims must be made within the first 7 days upon receiving your item to entitle you to a refund. FREIGHT is non refundable under any circumstances. Trojan Fitness refund/repair policy requires you to return the item back to base. If this is not achievable, then we will organize the collection of the freight and forward the costs to the customer. Claims made after this period of time, items will be repaired. If item cannot be repaired, then a replacement may be provided. Please note that items must be returned in its original condition and packaging, the refund will be made only when the item has been received and checked for any missing parts or damages.
