If the item received is damaged, DOA (dead on arrival) If you receive a product that appears to have been "Damaged in Transit" - that is,
damaged in transit from us to you - you should refuse to accept delivery of the product and direct the courier to "Return goods to sender" and notify us immediately.

Non DOA items will be only accepted under exceptional circumstances. We do not offer change of mind returns or refunds.
