Thank you for purchasing our product. We will send the item to the address you registered on eBay within 3 days with holidays excluded after receiving your full payment. Please make sure that your address is correct and complete. We will not send products to incomplete address. If the buyer want to change the delivery address, please inform us by email or message when you pay us. If the buyer gives us wrong delivery address, the buyer is responsible for the misdelivery.
We will ship the item by Air Parcel from China, and in general it takes about 7-15 working days to reach our buyers from North America and Western Europe. It will take more days to reach our buyers from other countries or areas because of the location or logistic issues, please be patient.
If the items are over 1Kg weighty, we may send the items via TNT, DHL or EMS as required by the buyer. The delivery cost and delivery time varies according to the weight and delivery address. We will inform the buyer the tracking Number after we ship the item out, the tracking websites may be different in different countries.
The item will be marked as a "Gift" and we will declare lower value for shipping purpose only. The declared price will not reflect the total price you paid or the market value of the product.
