If the item is D.O.A, simply returning the item (postage cost will be at buyers expense) and we will exchange it and liable for the returning postage back to you. If we don't have a new item available, refund will be offered (postage is not refundable).

-Returning items must be in Original (Serial No. must be the same if available), and all accessories MUST be included.
-Item must return within 7 days from date of dispatch.
