Uses

Clivia Miniata is a clump forming perennial with dark green, strap shaped leaves. The flowering heads of brilliant orange trumpet shaped flowers appear mainly in spring (August to November) but also sporadically at other times of the year.

These plants are suitable for growing as houseplants and outdoors in frost-free climates. Requiring very little light, water and fertilizer, they are extremely easy to look after and have become a much sought after plant

In general, the plants do best when their roots are somewhat constricted by a small pot. They are an easy to care for plant which tolerates typical household conditions.

Planting

All our plants are established in their pots and are ready to plant straight into your garden or a larger pot.

Water well each day for 2 - 3 weeks after planting.
They prefer a Well-drained/light soil

Free local pickup and cash payment is welcome

Our Nursery is located at Dural, north west of Sydney

Pickup is available Mon - Sat, 9am - 4pm

We pack and ship all purchases every Monday and Tuesday after payment has cleared.

Any payments made after 12pm Monday will be shipped the following Monday.

Every effort is taken to ensure your plants arrive safely

First, we individually pack each plant into plastic bags. This helps to seal in the moisture and secure the potting mix around the root ball, so you don't end up with a dry, bare-rooted plant

Second, each plant is packed into a strong, high quality cardboard box and secured with packing material. This protects the stem and foliage from any heavy handling during transit.
