This is one of Fuji's Professional Colour Negative Portrait films with a speed of 160 ISO, balanced for daylight, with exceptional natural skin tone rendition (crucial for portraits), unbelievable ultra fine grain (RMS of: 3--less than half that of Velvia 100 or PROVIA 100F), "high sharpness for the achievement of realistic texture & depth" and wide exposure latitude (if you miscalculate the correct exposure by 2-3 f stops over OR under correct exposure the film will save you with excellent prints to be obtained from the resulting negatives). This film produces vivid but natural colour ("highly faithful colour reproduction") with normal contrast (with optimum neutral gray balance) and is especially ideal for skin tones and portaiture as it's a portrait film. With grain measurement of an unbelievable RMS: 3 (ultra fine grain) there is hardly any grain so it is a perfect film for REALLY BIG enlargements. It is also a NEW GENERATION FILM EMULSION DESIGNED FOR OPTIMUM SCANNING QUALITY (which speaks for itself when using digital scanners). Additionally it has single channel suitability for uniform printing efficiency (as with all Fuji PRO series films) and Fuji's famous fourth colour layer. Lastly it has enhanced colour image stability which means that the negatives resulting from this film will have near archival keeping qualities with little if any colour fading for a very long time (depending upon correct storage).
