Q1 Resort & Spa is located just a 2 minute stroll from the heart of Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast.

Airports
Q1 Resort & Spa is approximately 20 minutes from Coolangatta Airport, and approximately one hour from Brisbane domestic and international airports.

Public Transport
Buses regularly service the areas immediately surrounding Q1 Resort & Spa and several other locations in Surfers Paradise.
There are train stations located at Helensvale, Nerang and Robina, all of which are approximately 20 minutes by car, and all have regular bus and taxi services to Surfers Paradise.

Buyers please note that a refundable $200 cash key deposit is required per set of keys on arrival at the accommodation. This will be refunded on departure upon return of the keys. A valid credit card number is also required as a security deposit for the accommodation.
Check in and check out including key giving and collecting is done by our own staff personally, (not by the Reception of the Resort).

ONCE SUCCESSFUL IN WINNING AN AUCTION YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE CHECKOUT THROUGH EBAY AND USE THE LINK PROVIDED TO COMPLETE A BOOKING FORM WHICH WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE SENT THROUGH TO US ON COMPLETION.
WE WILL THEN CHECK THE DATES AND BOOK YOU IN.

ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE COMPLETED BOOKING FORM AND YOUR CLEARED PAYMENT WE CAN DO UP YOUR ACCOMMODATION CERTIFICATE OF CONFIRMATION AND IT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS.

YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE THIS CERTIFICATE WITH YOU TO PRESENT TO OUR CHECK-IN STAFF ON ARRIVAL WHO DO PERSONAL MEET AND GREETS WITH EVERYONE.
THEY WILL MEET YOU AT THE FOYER AREA AT YOUR APPROX ARRIVAL TIME.
