Jacquard Acid Dye .5 oz jar of Jacquard Acid Dye. The only acid involved is the vinegar you add.
One-half ounce jar will color up to two pounds of fiber depending on the depth of shade desired.
These are concentrated, powdered, hot water dyes that produce the most vibrant possible results on protein fibers including silk, wool, cashmere, alpaca, feathers and nylon.
Jacquard dye is colorfast and lightfast and extremely easy to work with. You can dye in a pot on the stove top, in a jar like sun tea or in a microwave safe dish and zap it in your microwave.
Handspun dyed with Chartruese  You can also paint or print with these dyes. Extremely brilliant and colorfast, they produce a uniform dye job and the colors are beautiful, pure, transparent and lucious.
