This Instant Heat Pack is an innovative drug-free pain relief Japanese invention that produces a steady supply of heat for up to 12 hours. It is a simple to use product as well as a convenient one. By simply removing the heat pad from its packaging, the ingredients within the pad will start to oxidize with air and it is this oxidization process that produces heat. Remove the paper from the adhesive backing to adhere the pad to clothing in areas that require soothing. Within 10 minutes, the pad will reach up to 62 degrees Celsius, and you will experience heat for up to 12 hours.

Not only is this item light and flexible, it can be activated anywhere, anytime especially when direct access to a heater is not available. It is also easy to carry around and used on trips such as camping, caravaning, backpacking etc.

Do not ever stick this pad directly on to skin or use while sleeping, as the heat may be too hot and might cause burns. If you are pregnant, please consult your doctor prior to using. Finally, avoid getting the product wet as water will prevent the oxidization process.
