We hand collected these pieces when I was a child. I have fond memories of the fun of gysum collecting. My mother would dig each child a hole in the sand - pop us in and we would happily spend the day digging out Gypsum specimens into our bucket to collect.
The interesting thing is that 2 holes could be a very short distance from each other and one would collect perfect little 'roses', the next would be 'plates'
Gypsum is quite fragile, we will do our best to well pack a selection for you
