Conditions of Sale
- Any bid constitutes an agreement that the bidder will adhere to all terms and conditions as set out on this page by Buys-online.
Furthermore, the winning bidder enters into a legally binding contract with the seller, whereupon the winning bidder is obliged to tender payment to the seller in accordance with the seller's terms and conditions.

Returns
- If the item does not correspond with the description we are happy to refund you in accordance with the Trade Practices Act 1974. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a serious issue with your purchase. Unfortunately, we are not always able to offer replacement items but can in most cases.
- The buyer must return the item as soon as practicably possible. All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each box must be accompanied by a return authorization (RA) number provided by us. Please place the RA number on two sides of the carton being returned. We are unable to track returns without an RA number.
- We do our best to present accurate information about every item we sell. If you have any questions regarding the item, please email us before placing your bid.
Delivery & Shipping
- Dispatch of goods is arranged through our Australia Post Eparcel Courier Service.
- Please allow up to 5-7 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is much quicker (2-3 business days)
- No weekend or after hours delivery or pickups are available.
- Buys-online is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods.
- If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will endeavour to resolve any issues prior to leaving feedback.

We ship only to Australia by Australia Post or Courier Service.
Kindly allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery.

We also allow pick-ups from our Gold Coast warehouse once payment has been received and by prior arrangement only.
All pickups for ebay sales closing from the 3rd of July will incur a $10 pickup fee for one item and an additional $5 fee for each additional item eg. pickup of 1 item = $10, 2 items = $15, 3 items = $20, 10 items = $55 etc.
