The scale reading is not necessarily the true reading, but represents the mid point of a range of values higher and lower than the displayed value. The spread from lowest to highest gives an indication of the accuracy.

For economy, select Registered Airmail, which normally takes about 10-12 working days to arrive after dispatch. Registered Airmail includes an online Tracking Number to confirm delivery and requires a signature upon delivery.
For speed, select EMS International Couriers, which normally takes about 6-10 working days to arrive after dispatch. However, once the package has been dispatched we are dependent on the delivery service, so please allow at least 14 working days before you enquire about non-delivery of a package. We will send you the online Tracking Number which will confirm delivery of your purchase.

We normally dispatch packages within two business days after full payment is received.

Customs duties, taxes etc which may sometimes be levied by the authorities in the country of delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.

Warranty

We offer a 90 Day Warranty on our 50g/0.001g High Precision Digital Jewelry Pocket Scale. If the unit fails under normal use due to faulty manufacture within 90 days of delivery, please let us know and describe the problem you have experienced. We will then ask you to return the item to us and we will, at our discretion, either repair it, replace it or refund your original payment. Warranty excludes battery failure, or failure caused by overloading or accidental damage.

Returns

If you return the item to us within 7 days of delivery, unused and in perfect condition, with all original components intact, and re-packed in the original packaging, we will refund the price you paid for the item. Sorry, but we do not refund any shipping and handling costs incurred. You return the item at your own risk, so we would advise you to insure and register your return shipment to guard against the possibility of non-delivery or loss.
