Vintage circa 1950's and Anne Fogarty!  This is gorgeous in Every way and is so very glam on the figure.  The Dress is in Excellent not a Flaw vintage condition..minus fuzzies from my sweater today!  The Dress wonderful neckline, dips lower in back with two bows(Can tie bows any way desire can untie and wear flowing),  This is Fitted and has great body allure in front and back it is a Wiggle dress, bottom back has two inverted pleats each side at bottom for ease of Movement and this detail adds a fabulous flow in motion especially when dancing!  This has a Cotton Talon zipper for enclosure and is lined in bodice only.  The Velvet is a Nice weight cotton velvet so bottom is backed with cotton.  The Dress Measurements are bust 34-36 nice, waist 28-29, hips 36-38 nice, and the length is 45...falls directly below the knee when on.  Perfect for the holidays!
