50th ANNIVERSARY GRAND OLE OPRY WSM RADIO PICTURE BOOK

This is a great music collectible-it is titled Grand Ole Opry WSM Picture-History Book, the 50th Anniversary Issue. Published by WSM,Inc., copyright 1975-Volume 6, Edition 1. WSM Radio was started October 5, 1925 as a part of the National Life and Accident Insurance Company. Book contains the history of the radio station but focuses on the history of the Grand Ole Opry. Up to the year of publication, when it took much more to be inducted into the Hall of Fame than just a hit song!! So, this is the true legends of the Nashville tradition. It is a 148-page softcover book full of full color photos of the greats. Cover has a few minor creases and minor stains-does not take away from the great piece of music history. A great gift idea for the country music fan!!
