Description:


Brand new reproduction 50th Med det Dustoff patch. Judging by the helicopter, I'm assuming it was the design patch during the Korean conflict. Patch is 4" in height by 5 1/4" wide.

We gladly offer a shipping discount for each additional patch purchased. Only .50 per patch extra.
