About Clever Classroom

Clever classroom was born out of the idea that teachers never have enough time. I’m on leave from teaching full-time (K-6). I worked on K-2 and was always printing & laminating teaching aides that I thought would help the learning process. I have also worked in Long day Care, Preschool, Before and After School Care, Vacation care as well as tutoring both Maths and English. I have qualifications for all of these 0-12 year old settings.

Clever Classroom reserves the rights to all designs and made products. Products designed by Clever Classroom are original and unique and may not be copied or resold in any capacity. It is preferred that the Clever Classroom name is shared. Customers are welcome to save and print CD products. Bound books such as BLMs may not be reproduced however, coping for students and classes are authorised.

Clever Classroom now has over 300 made teaching resources for you to choose from.

Every printed product uses high quality 80gsm paper and printed on a laser printer for exceptional, high grade colour & graphics. All laminated products are sealed with 80 micron laminating sheets and are both strong and durable.

All laminated products come as A4 laminated sheets and CDs are burnt as PDF files to secure the individuality of the design and to ensure individual files don’t jump around as they tend to with word documents. You will need adobe reader program to view, save and print files. One can be downloaded from the net for free.

Personalised Orders

If you would like to make a more personalised order or have any ideas just leave me a message or ask me a question via email, emma@cleverclassroom.com.au Please know that many customers request customised orders as so many of you a very busy. I keep a customised order log and you will be placed on the list. Please allow at least 7-18 days for design and then appropriate time for delivery to your area.

Clever Classroom now ships CD products worldwide via air mail.

Our Policies

IMPORTANT: You must read and agree to all conditions prior to bidding or buying clever classroom products

Our Terms:

Payment must be completed within 7 days of auction ending.

If you would like to continue shopping over the coming week, that’s fine. I can combine invoices and postage.

An unpaid item reminder will be sent on the 6^th day.

Unpaid item strike will then be issued 14 days after auction end.

Our Refunds, Payment & Delivery Policy:

·       Combined Postage:  I am happy to give you a combined postage discount on all products purchased. If you wish to buy several Clever Classroom products over a week I will still combine postage and give you a discount. Discounts on CD products (via eBay only) are as follows; 1 or 2 CDs $2.75 3 CDs $3.00, 4 or more CDs $4.00.

·       For bulk buys I can fit dozens of resources; laminated, bound and on CD in a 3kg bag for $10 postage. Please hold off going through checkout and I can combine your invoice and give you a discount on postage. Just message me via ebay to tell me when you have completed shopping with Clever Classroom on eBay.

·       Refund will not be given for changing your mind or you don’t like the product.  Ensure you read details of the advertisement and understand information. Customers should purchase after they are sure of details. If refunding, buyer must make contact via email or eBay message prior. There is a 7 day refund period for all products. You will receive your an in store (merchandise), credit. If you have any problems with a product please contact Clever Classroom before leaving feedback.

• Postage and Handling Costs: will include postage to destination. If item is under 500grams it will be the same amount Australia wide and based on envelop size, thickness and weight. If an item weighs more than 500 grams it is classed as a parcel by Australia Post. Price is then according to the above features and postcode. This way will be more expensive. If you would like postage insurance you should alter the amount on the invoice when commencing payment.
• Clever Classroom will not be held accountable for any losses or damaged items once posted with Australia Post. If this is of concern, you should nominate sending your goods via Registered Post (let me know if you select this option).
• If you decide you like a number of products and live in the local area you can pick up products.

General Information

Communication

I value all customers and the service in which you receive. I aim to provide a high standard of products and service. Clever Classroom will always keep you informed at every step of the transaction for example, if using bank transfer I will communicate to you when payment is confirmed, also when I have sent your product(s). Please refer to feedback left for testimonials.

If you are interested in more of one product than is listed, please email me with your request. I will do my best to fulfill your request.

Quality Control

Clever Classroom has not had one complaint regarding the quality of products. All laminated and printed resources are checked for any imperfections and again there has not been a complaint or return. If you do observe an unsatisfactory product a replacement will be posted to you immediately.

Auctions end each and every Sunday in store so you can choose to either bid or buy now.
