DELIVERY ISSUES:

Do you provide Tax Invoice?
Of course. All transactions will be provided with Official Receipt and Tax Invoice through email in digital format. You can print it out when receive the email. When payment is cleared, Official Receipt will be sent together with payment confirmation email. When item has been dispatched, Tax Invoice will be sent together with postage notification email.

How soon will my item be posted?
All items will be posted the same day if payment is cleared by 11am or it will be dispatched the next business day. For most metro areas in any states, the lead time will be around 3-5 business days. If you need particular item, please make purchase earlier to allow at least 7 business days to receive the item, especially during long holidays such as Easter and Christmas.

How do I arrange self pick up ?

How fast do you respond my inquiry ?
All emails will be replied the same or next business day. If you did not hear anything from us after sending us email over 2 business days, please do resend again as email might gone lost, or our reply did not reach you, or human mistake. In most cases, we found that our reply got bounced back because buyer or potential buyer changed their email address but failed to change the email address registered with eBay. Please make sure your registered email is up to date.

What happen if my item breaks down after warranty period ?
Normally we stock spare parts for all products we sell. Even discontinued products, we will have surplus spare parts or surplus item reserved for warranty replacement purpose. Please feel free to contact us even after warranty period, we will try to resolve problems at our reach at lowest cost. Most of the low cost surplus spare parts will be given away if the product is discontinued.
