6 1900s Glass Negatives Life In Tasmania By Spurling
6 glass negatives dating back to the early 1900s, perhaps even earlier. Were in a box entitled "Life In Tasmania"  These were purchased with a quantity of plates that came from the Spurling Studios in Launceston, Tasmania. Wonderful images, each plate measures  around 110mm by 80mm. Could be enlarged to a huge size!  Theres a group of rugged looking lads, the Park in Launceston, what appears to be the Tamar and more.  These are the original Negatives taken by a Tasmanian pioneer photographer.These are the genuine article! Rare early Tasmanian images that would take pride of place in any collection.
