Within the UK I ship via 2ND Class Standard as well as 1st Class Registered Post or Special Delivery if required.  Worldwide I ship via Royal Mail Airmail and/or Registered Signed for Airmail. We can also ship via Royal Mail "Airsure". This method ships within 2 days to the USA on first available flight.

Payments by PayPal  despatch  within 1 - 2 days.  99.9% of the time all parcels are despatched on the same working day. If Payment made by UK Cheque despatch is within 1 - 5 working days, depending on amount. I ship daily Monday to Friday,

Refunds are  provided if my description does not match the item purchased. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt of item to arrange for Replacement/Refund. These events are rare!  However, should this happen, please email me for Proof of Posting Certificate so that Post Office enquiries can be made at both ends. Unfortunately, I have to say - if the Post Office break it, they must fix it! Liability cannot fall my on shoulders for their failure to deliver damaged broken or late goods.
