-DOMESTIC EXPRESS SHIPPING--Express shipping options are available (UPS 3 day, UPS 2 day, UPS next day). The pricing for express shipping are displayed below under “Shipping and Handling” near the bottom of the page.
-INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES/OPTIONS--The rates are displayed under “Shipping and Handling” section near the bottom of the listing. Please select your country and it will display shipping fees and options. We recommend EMS service for faster, safer delivery and tracking number is included.
-PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIME--We ship everyday Monday-Friday except holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for the order to process after receipt of payment, and 7-12 days for delivery (domestic). We do our best to process/ship the item the same day if possible, however, it could take up to 1-2 business days.

-RETURN POLICY--Turtle Creation is an honest and responsible seller. We guarantee our products and value your business. We inspect each item before shipping to make sure there are no damages prior to shipping. Any item can be returned or exchanged (excluding shipping and insurance charges unless defective) within 14 days from the day of receipt. Please contact us within 14 days with any returns or exchanges. Please contact us for a RMA number before shipping the item back. Please indicate the RMA number on your package. Also, please ship the item within 3 days of receiving your RMA number. Returned item must be in the original condition as when it was shipped. Please include all packing materials or it will not be accepted.
