The facts about Dye Inks:-

DYE Inks are mainly made from water & dye. What is important, is that they are highly filtered & that the colour of the dye matches as close as possible to the printers colour profile.

Quality is important but so is price, why pay $20 or more for a set, when in reality your printer heads might exceeded their life, waste ink pads get full or printer has done excessive printing.
