eCheques
We accept echeques through Paypal. We will arrange the shipping after 48 hours of the eCheques has cleared and confirmed.

All buyers have 12 months warranty protection (starting from the dispatch date) for all products, unless specified on the specific item pages.

Delivery/shipping
We will arrange the shipping by Hong Kong air mail after 2 days of payment clearance. The expect delivery time are: United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, North America – (6 to 14) days; Europe, South America, Spain – (14-21) days.

Item will be shipped to your address left on eBay, please advise in advance if you want us to send it to the different. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping insurance policy
We try our best to ensure your order is as described and delivery securely as possible. Since we cannot control how your package is handled by the carrier, we offer shipping insurance (2 UK dollars) to protect against potential loss or damage during shipping. However, it is optional for the buyers. If you have not purchased the shipping insurance, we are not responsible for any damaging during in transit. If you receive a damaged item and you purchased shipping insurance, please contact us at ihomeward_hk@yahoo.com.hk and we can arrange a replacement or resolve any other issues for you at no additional cost. 

Return Policy
To return an item, please send the item back postmarked within 7 days of delivery with the original packing slip and a note of explaining the reason for the return. The returned item must be in original packaging and resellable condition. Once the item is received, your PayPal account is credited for the price of the item minus shipping and handling fee (The shipping and handling fee include all the cost of processing and handling the order.) Items postmarked after 7 days of receipt are subject to an additional 25% restocking fee equal to the price of the item.

If return item is detective originally, we will arrange a replacement for you at no additional cost. However, if returned item is worked properly, the additional shipping and handling fee will be charged for sending the item back. 25% of restocking fee will be charged and will be subtracted from the refund in case the buyer requests the refund. All shipping and handling fee are non- refundable.

If you have any questions with the received item, we can work together to resolve it. We have always been extremely fair and always try to work with our reasonable customers. Negative feedback doesn't go away and should only be left as a last resort! We strive for positive feedback, harmonious relations and even some friendships.
