Do you combine postage?
Yes. If you are going through checkout and you do not see all of your items combined to one order you need to email before progressing any further as once you checkout we are not able to combine the order for you. Sometimes ebay cannot combine the orders for you and we need to do that.

How much is the postage?
Postage is shown all of our listings. Postage is charged at the highest rate for the first item then the discounted rate shown on the listing for all other purchases.  If you scroll down to the bottom of the item description you will see another area for postage that shows you the discounted postage for additional purchases of that item. Heavier bulkier items will receive less discount than light and small items.

Can I have a quote please?
All of our pricing and postage is stated on our listings. You will need to work this out for yourself. 

Can we pick up?
Sorry we are internet based only and all purchases are posted.

I need the item quickly!
If we offer express post for the item you need the cost will be availble in the shipping area otherwise we are not able to offer express postage. 

I need a different colour or quantity!
Please check our ebay store for other quantities and colours. If it is not listed in our ebay store it is not available.

Can I get a discount for bulk purchases?
Our prices are already low on ebay to qualify for a bulk purchase your order will need to be over $1000. Anything less is not considered bulk.

Can I layby?
Sorry we are unable to offer a layby service

Samples!
Sorry samples are not available for any of our items.

Can I cancel my purchase?
Ebays terms and conditions state all sales are legally binding and cannot be cancelled. Ebays policy not ours.

Payment

Payments are required to be completed in full within 7 days from your inital purchase. Please do not complete the checkout/pay now until you have made all of your purchases. If you are completing the checkout and all of your items are not shown on one invoice for payment you need to email for a combined invoice as ebay do not allow us to combine after the checkout is complete

*Paypal credit/debit card - instant transfer to our account 
*Bank Transfer - May take up to 3 business to transfer into our account. Please use ebay username as a reference.**
*Paypal Bank Deposit - Paypal takes up to 5 business days to transfer this to our account

Once payment has been received please allow up to 48 hrs for your order to be processed, picked and despatched.

***For bank deposits please use ebay username as the reference, any other infomation eg item number, name, postcode etc are useless to us and will delay the shipping of your purchase

We ship 5 days a week Monday - Friday except public holidays.  We use a combination of AUs Post and Courier which both require a signature on delivery. 

EXPRESS POST - does not mean faster processing by us. We still require 2 business days to process your order only the postage time is express

Pickup - Not Available

Shipping & Handling - Not negotiable.

Returned Packages - Reshipment costs will be due if package is returned to us for an invalid address. 

Address - Please review during checkout and change. We are unable to edit the address after you checkout. It is also a paypal requirement that parcels be sent to the address you have used during checkout.

Damanged items - Please contact us if an item is broken in transit. We will refund the cost of the broken items but cannot send out replacements. 
Missing items - If items are missing or incorrectly packed in your order then our policies state that you will receive a refund for those items. 

Colors - Color shades will change from time to time due to different dyes & manufacture.  We cannot guarantee color shades will always be the same as your previous purchases or items

Returns

Return Policy
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Australian Bridal and Wedding Depot will gladly refund the item for you. We however will not exchange.
 
•	Refunds will be at our discretion if the item is not faulty.  If your item is damaged please contact us for information in regards to the return.
•	All Refunds will be in the form of a cheque or paypal reversal, we do not refund by any other method
•	If items are missing from your package we will refund you immediately via paypal or cheque once packing documents have been checked. We no longer resend items out that are missing from packages.
•	All refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee to cover fees associated with the transaction on ebay unless the goods are faulty or the transaction fees can be recovered from ebay.
•	Non-refundable items are: (personalized items, food substances and clothing items such as veils or tiaras).   
•	Returnable items must be received back to us within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.   Anything received outside of this time period will not be accepted.
•	Returned items must be received in their original packaging (ie postage box & inner packaging) and in perfect condition with any tag/wrappings still intact and unopened.  Any items not returned to us in original mail packaging with intact and unopened inner packaging will be returned to you.
•	Return shipping charges for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.
•	Shipping costs will not be refunded unless product is faulty.  

When returning a parcel to us you need to include the following information in the package.

Terms of Sale

The following outlines our store policies, if you are not happy with any of the policies listed below we would advise that you do not make any purchases from us as we will not make any exceptions to the comments below.


Once you have purchased from our ebay listings you have agreed to our terms and conditions outlined below

Australian Bridal and Wedding Depot reservers the right to refuse and cancel sales at our descretion. 

Australian Bridal and Wedding Depot will from time to time be out of stock of an item which is listed. We will email you to let you know of this stock shortage and advise on delivery time frame.

Correspondence – Please make sure all emails, payments, etc includes your ebay user name . Without this information we may not be able to find your order or answer your question.  

Email – We do not use ebay messages,  please ensure the email address in your ebay account is correct, if it is not correct you will not receive our email. We will normally respond to all emails within 24hrs if you do not hear from us please check you spam folder.

Feedback – If you are unhappy in any way please make contact with us before leaving feedback so we can come to an agreement. Any feedback whether positive, neutral or negative will be reciprocated for your feedback if you do not give us a chance to rectify the problem. 

Phone Calls – All ebay sales are handled via emails. We do not give out our phone number or accept call in regards to ebay sale. Please do not call or request that we call you.  Send us an email clearly explaining your concerns or requirements.

Colours – Colours listed are pictured to the best of our ability.  Items are as pictured, it may not match colours from other vendors or your own definition.   Please make sure the item in the photo is the colour shade you need.   Different items of the same colour (periwinkle, burgundy, lavender, etc.) might not match exactly.  Because they are made from different materials, & manufacture, the shades of colour will not match up exactly.

 Delivery Times – We are not responsible for delivery times once the parcel has been dispatch. If you have any concerns you will need to contact Aus Post Direct. Please note that if an items state that a specific delivery time is requires eg personalised item, that time is stated for a reason. We cannot guarantee you will receive your items inside of this time frame.

Pictures– We try to the best of our ability to get the most accurate picture of the item on auction. However, due to lighting & technical issues, some colours may be slightly off.

CAN I CANCEL MY BID? - E-bay controls the rules for cancelling bids. Search E-bay's help section for information on this topic. We abide by the rules established by E-bay.

 CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? – Ended Auction/Buy Now’s are Not Cancellable. This is eBay’s Rule, not ours. Please think carefully and ask question before you make the purchase

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT  – All parcels are covered by insurance for the content. If an item is broken in transit we only refund you for the cost of the broken item we will not send replacements out.
