FLEXIBLE AND FAMILY FRIENDLY BEDDING OPTIONS

You may choose between 2 queen beds or a queen bed and 2 single beds. For larger parties, we can supply upon request additional beds to accommodate up to six people. To make travelling with young families that little bit easier, we can supply upon request a baby package. The baby package includes a cot, highchair and microwave bottle steriliser.

GUARANTEED OCEAN VIEWS

Unlike other eBay sellers, all our units have ocean views. Beware of other sellers offering high floors and great views when all you see is the hinterland.

PAYMENT

Payment plus bond (see below) is required within 3 days of the close of auction via paypal or direct deposit.

BOND

As this unit is offered direct to you and not managed by the resort management. I will require a fully refundable bond of $1000 which will be refunded (less in the unlikely event of damage any repair costs) within 2 days of your departure.

• This auction is strictly for the dates specified at the top of the listing. The winning bidder cannot change or transfer the booking dates.  However, if you would like to book alternative dates, please contact me for a price, and I will setup a private 'Buy It Now' auction for you. (Note: bookings must be in 7 day blocks running from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.)
• The price you are bidding on is for the full week not a daily rate.
• The final price is inclusive of GST.
• You must be over 18 years to take up this offer.
• You assume all costs associated with travel to destination.
• Number of guests should not exceed the number of supplied beds.
• Please advise if you require a cot, high chair or fold out beds for a 5th or 6th guest. (The additional charge for fold out beds is $70 per bed, per week.)
• Parties & Functions are strictly prohibited.
• Disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and repeat offenders may be evicted without warning or refund by body corporate management.
• Apartment should be left in the same state to its condition on arrival, with the exception of made beds, all dishes should be cleaned and rubbish removed and the unit vacated by 10am on the day of your departure.
• A fully refundable bond will be taken at the time of booking.
• You are responsible for the full value of breakages, damage, thefts and losses should they exceed the bond value.
• Sorry no pets allowed.
• We do not accept responsibility for loss of your personal property during your stay.
• Sales are final.
